"He never spoke to me again"

Coworker slandered me so I got revenge....

I was working in a kitchen doing some casual work mostly food preparation. C. by job tbh. Anyway one of the dishies found out that I was living in a tent. (House prices are out of control)

And spread it around work telling everyone and started making snide comments to me in front of others like offering to lend me his bed wink wink.

So I started telling people that he was just mad at me because I stopped sleeping with him.(we never did lol) Eventually someone told his gf and they had a big fight over it to me again He never spoke

Ratlochet1472 • 2d ago If he can't take it, he shouldn't dish it out. I hope you're in a better place now, OP.

Common Chester • 2d ago I can't for the life of me understand this mindset. I had a prep cook who I found out was homeless. I thought him everything I knew about how to be a cook. When he was ready I found him a decent job and helped him get an apt. He now has a nice GF and a normal life.

Laurag68 2d ago While what your coworker did was wrong by spreading gossip - slander is a legal term. Someone can't slander you if what they are saying is true.
